General Information and Ordering Guidelines

Thank you for considering Legends Caterers for your catering needs.
Our company has served the Middlesex County area for over thirteen years.
We are available to consult and assist you with your catering needs
Monday through Friday from 9:00am to5:00pm.
We offer a wide variety of catering services and we hope you find this web site user friendly.
Whenever possible we will alter or supplement our menu to meet your needs.
Our preference is to have your order e-mailed to us using the order form provided.
However if you prefer to fax us the order, just print out the order form and
send the fax to (732)-846-7445, care of Catering Manager.

Booking Time / Guidelines

All bookings require a 48 hour prior notice.
When it is possible we will honor late bookings as per the availability of openings in our schedule.
Please order as early as possible due to our usually full delivery schedule.
We cannot guarantee the ability to accept an order outside of the 48 hour time constraint.
An estimated number of individuals attending an event
is necessary when making a catering reservation.
A final guest count is required 48 hours prior to the event.

Delivery

We are an off-premises caterer and we deliver in the Greater New Brunswick, Piscataway, Somerset, North Brunswick and East Brunswick area. We are fully insured and we deliver to Rutgers University, UMDNJ, St. Peters Medical Center, your home, business, corporations etc... Our minimum delivery fee is $12.95.
This fee may be higher, based on the distance, size and scope of an event.
The minimum order for delivery is $50.00

Payment

We gladly accept cash, most major credit cards (we do not accept Discover), checks, Rutgers P.O. and Q.P.O., UMDNJ P.O. and Q.P.O.
Please provide payment information when ordering. Please provide P.O. #'s and/or copies of Q.P.O.'s when ordering.

Buffet Presentation

All events are served buffet style. We provide white tablecloths for all package orders.
We do not supply tables.

Table requirements:
10-20 People = One 8ft. table | 20-40 People = Two 8ft. tables | 40-60 People = Three 8ft. tables | 60-100 People = Four 8ft. tables.

Equipment Loaning Policy

There is a $4.00 charge for each chafing rack and water pan combination Legends provides. If you wish to keep the racks and pans, they're yours. If you would like to return the racks and pans to us, we will grant you a $4.00 refund for each rack and pan combination that is returned
We need you to secure and store any coffee equipment, on loan from Legends, until we can arrange for a pick-up.
Please provide information on where equipment will be stored and at what times it can be accessed.

Complete Paper Service

All of our catering packages include plates, napkins, cups, spoons, knives, forks and necessary condiments.
We provide table cloths for buffet tables.
